At The Wealthy Garden, we are a small business dedicated to providing high-quality, handcrafted wellness products. Because our items are perishable and carefully prepared, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases.
Damaged Packages
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or product compromised during shipping). In this case, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement:
You must email us within 24 hours of delivery at thewealthygarden.np@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
After 24 hours from the delivery time, we are no longer able to provide replacements.
