Processing & Shipping Timeline
Order Cutoff: We stop accepting orders for the current week’s batch on Sunday.
Batch Preparation: Our Sea Moss Gels are made fresh every week and are never frozen, helping maintain their freshness, quality, and texture.
Packing & Shipping: Orders are packed and shipped on Monday and Tuesday, or by Wednesday at the latest.
Orders Placed After Sunday: Any order placed on Monday or later will automatically be included in the following week’s fresh batch. Since every order is made fresh, we do not ship products from an older batch.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Important Storage and Shelf-Life Instructions
Your Sea Moss Gel must be placed in the refrigerator immediately after it is received. Please do not leave your package sitting outside or at room temperature.
Our fresh Sea Moss Gel lasts approximately 2–3 weeks when properly refrigerated. For the best freshness, quality, and experience, we recommend consuming it within 14 days of receiving it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is packed and the shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates will become available after USPS scans your package into its system.
